Innovation Project Lead

We are hiring an Innovation Project Lead to shape and validate new digital business opportunities. This role focuses on taking early ideas through structured exploration, customer validation, and business case development to support clear investment decisions.
You will lead end-to-end discovery work, define hypotheses and roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams across insight, technology, and commercial functions. The role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder management, turning complex inputs into clear, actionable direction for senior leaders.
Key responsibilities: developing and testing early concepts using MVPs and pilots, analysing customer and market data, building business models, and supporting the transition of validated opportunities into delivery teams.
Qualifications: experience in digital innovation, venture development, or early-stage product work; confidence with customer validation, problem–solution fit, and experimentation methods; strong commercial awareness, stakeholder‑management skills, and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
Desirable experience: Lean Startup or Design Thinking; exposure to AI, IoT, or digital platforms.
