This is an onsite temporary position based at our Banbridge HQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate orders, inventory, and customer data.
  • Update and communicate customer commit dates at SKU level, ensuring alignment with supply availability.
  • Manage customer receipts, including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs).
  • Confirm and reconcile inventory positions with customers to maintain accuracy and trust.
  • Attend and contribute to OEM meetings, providing updates, insights, and action follow‑ups.
  • Track, analyse, and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
