Position Overview
Our Client is ‘The Name’ in the Fan Coil Unit and Air Curtain sector of the HVAC industry. They would like to identify a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands and North West to promote their industry‑leading products to M&E Consultants & Contractors operating in the Commercial & Industrial HVAC space.
Responsibilities
- Cover Midlands and North West regions as Business Development Manager.
- Secure specifications for commercial projects and convert them into orders with healthy margin.
- Make autonomous decisions when faced with difficult field situations, with full support from the company.
Qualifications
- Plenty of experience in securing specifications on commercial projects.
- Experience working with M&E consultants and contractors in commercial and industrial HVAC spaces.
- Experience in the hotel, retail, or supermarket sectors is highly desirable.
Future Opportunities
Potential strategic entry into hotel chains, retail, or supermarkets is a future focus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to £65,000 (flexible for outstanding candidates). Bonus scheme, company car or allowance (£650 per month). 25.5 days holiday. 6% employer contribution pension scheme, and more.
