Accounts Receivable Executive

THE ROLE

Talon has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our award-winning Finance team. The successful candidate must be a team player, with strong AR/Media background.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manage and review billings for assigned customer accounts
• Escalate any queries to AR Manager in timely manner
• Work with Planning teams to resolve all internal queries in a timely manner
• All cash postings on designated customer accounts
• Chasing of all outstanding balances on designated customer accounts
• Other Ad Hoc duties relating to AR Ledgers
• Audit Support
• Work to embody the Talon values and behaviours to maintain the best possible culture throughout Talon.
• Participate in projects and initiatives which drive Talon’s commitment to positive social and environmental causes. E.g., charity partnerships, volunteering, carbon offsetting etc

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Media experience, or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AR reconciliation key
• Great team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines whilst managing the expectations of key stakeholders.
• Netsuite experience preferable.
• Strong Excel Skills
