Location: Royal Bank of Canada, London
Shift pattern: Sunday – Thursday; 10 pm – 08 am, 45 hours per week
Pay rate: £17.03 per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and work with a full‑time night cleaning team.
- Be proactive, problem‑solving, with good attention to detail and reliability.
- Various cleaning duties.
- Machine operation.
- Supervise a team of cleaners.
- Manage the allocation of holidays.
- Monitor and control periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
- Complete paperwork/audits and manage your and the team’s T&A system.
- Communicate with line manager.
- Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
- Train staff.
- Conduct team briefings.
- Be accountable for your team.
- Work within health & safety.
- Complete staff wages.
- Liaise with line manager regarding after‑event clean‑ups.

- Able to work in a fast‑paced team and remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding internal and external communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and build relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Essential
- Clear BS 7858 vetting, including a 5‑year work history before onboarding with ABM.
