What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to engineering projects.
- Working collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- A time‑served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment – food/FMCG experience is a bonus.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills – ideally with PLC fault‑finding ability.
- A proactive mindset with a can‑do attitude and a team‑first approach.
