Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead

Olive AP Academy Havering is seeking an Inclusion Lead to coordinate the academy’s inclusion, behaviour, and wellbeing provision. This role is crucial in ensuring all pupils, particularly those with SEND and SEMH needs, are supported to engage and thrive.

The Inclusion Lead will collaborate closely with the SENDCO, Senior Leadership Team, families, and external agencies to create a high-quality learning environment that promotes emotional safety for all students.
