working Foreman – Temp to Perm role

Location: Near Bromham, Wiltshire

Project: Farmhouse Alterations & Refurbishment

Start Date: Monday 15th June

Duration: 6-19 Week Programme

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a farmhouse alterations and refurbishment project near Bromham on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong trade background in either Carpentry or Bricklaying, who is capable of overseeing site operations while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman
• Strong background in Carpentry or Bricklaying
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid Forklift Ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
• Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently

Package – Temp to Perm Option

• £28.00 per hour

Package – Permanent

• Salary: £42,000-£43,000 per annum
• Company van (work use only)
• Holiday pay
• Pension scheme
