We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our Edinburgh office and support the smooth running of the business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently and managing a varied workload across administration, accounts support, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct enquiries as required
- Monitor, send, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Process quotes and invoices accurately
- Maintain organised filing systems and general office records
- Manage daily office administration with minimal supervision
- Support the wider business with ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in an office administration or office management role
- Confident working independently and managing workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Sage is essential
- Comfortable handling quotes, invoices, and general administrative processes
