EMI Consulting is a fast‑growing multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in structural engineering, architectural design, building regulations, and party wall matters across residential and commercial projects throughout London and the UK.

We work on a wide variety of projects ranging from house extensions and structural alterations to complex multi‑unit developments, supporting clients from early design through to construction.

Office Manager – EMI Consulting Ltd

Location: London (Full‑time, onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the office
  • Coordinating meetings, site visits, and schedules
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Supporting project coordination across multiple live jobs
  • Chasing outstanding information internally and externally
  • Assisting with invoicing and payment follow‑ups
  • Organising project folders, reports, drawings, and documentation
  • Maintaining office systems and improving internal processes
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants
  • Supporting the Director and wider technical team with operational tasks

Important

This is a fully onsite role based in London; candidates must be comfortable commuting into London five days per week.
