We’re Vivobarefoot, a regenerative footwear company on a mission to reconnect people with the natural world. We’re looking for a B2B Client Operations Manager to own and optimise the experience for our wholesale partners, ensuring smooth order processing, excellent service, and strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the key point of contact for B2B client support and relationship management
  • Oversee the full lifecycle – from entry to shipping, returns and invoicing
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance
  • Drive process improvements and develop SOPs for scaling operations
  • Track performance metrics (like OTIF) and present data‑driven insights

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in Customer service or sales support (ideally in retail or footwear)
  • Experience working with B2B customers in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Experience with platforms like NetSuite or SAP
  • Organised, detail‑focused and calm under pressure
  • A collaborative, customer‑first mindset
