Automation Test Lead
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2/3 days/week)
Technical Skills
- In-depth experience in Automation testing Java, Database QA Testing, understanding of OOPS concepts, strong programming skills in Selenium and Java or C#
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and frameworks for web, API, desktop and/or mobile automation. Experience in other tools will be added advantage.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries (simple SELECT, OUTER, INNER JOIN, SELECT TOP, basic SQL)
- Experience in Azure and .NET technologies
- Understanding and implementing Automation Frameworks.
- Creation and maintenance of Keyword, Data‑Driven, Hybrid Automation Framework & Business Process Testing.
- Familiarity with test automation tool selection & test approach.
- Designing and developing automation framework and scripts using best industry practices such as Page Object Model.
- Integrate test suites into test management system and custom test harnesses.
- Familiar with implementation of design patterns, modularization, and user libraries for framework creation.
Elaborated Skills
- Maintain & understand test automation frameworks and other solutions, minimum 9+ years experience in automation testing with experience in Agile methodology.
- Expertise in creating test automation frameworks, implementing, and maintaining them on projects; experience in modern agile practices such as BDD/Cucumber.
- Extensive experience in Selenium automation technology suite (Selenium WebDriver).
- Design and implement test automation using Data‑Driven and Hybrid frameworks for multiple projects.
- Responsible for resolving Selenium technical issues, and aiding others in creating readable, maintainable, reliable Selenium test suites.
- Automated on both Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) fronts.
