They’ve already built a strong paid acquisition and workshop engine that generates steady inbound demand. The next phase is focused on optimising conversion – ensuring the right prospects progress into qualified sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full post-click funnel (landing pages, applications, workshops, qualification flows)
- Improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs across key stages
- Design qualification systems that increase pipeline quality
- Run experiments across messaging, UX, and funnel structure
- Track funnel performance and turn insights into measurable improvements
- Partner with sales to improve lead progression and revenue impact
Who You Are
- Proven experience in revenue operations, growth, or funnel optimisation
- Strong track record improving conversion and lead quality
- Analytical, structured, and commercially minded
- Comfortable owning metrics tied to pipeline and revenue
