Location: Newbury or Glasgow – Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Three benefits

Job Description
This is an exciting time to join and lead the Commissions team at Three. Reporting into the Head of Operational Assurance, this role will manage and lead the Commissions team, ensuring that Commissions payments are made on‑time, accurately, and that Commissions processes are clear, documented and regularly challenged.
Following delivery of a new IT transformation, the role will lead on continued improvements in the commissions system, implementing efficiencies and working with technical teams to ensure the system is fit for purpose and adapts to meet new demand.
The successful candidate will drive change within the team, ensuring that Three maximises value from our Commissions systems and partners.
The role has a dual focus: inwardly, managing and motivating an operational team; outwardly, managing stakeholders across multiple functions and driving awareness of the central role that Commissions play in Three’s business.
- People Management – Develop and manage the team to deliver on goals, and define skills needed to deliver on all Commissions workstreams.
- Understanding Processes – Ensure all team processes are documented, updated, understood and continually improved.
- Explaining Performance – Review the team’s function and redesign KPIs to reflect true value added, creating clear actions for the team and wider business.
- Growing the Function – Assess current focus areas and discover new Commissions processes where the team can add further value.
Qualifications
- Proven successes in people management and performance improvement.
- In‑depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry; knowledge of commissions is a particular advantage.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships and positively influence change.
- Ability to quickly review data, identify issues and opportunities, and take action.
