As SIXT Van & Truck continues to expand across the UK, we’re looking for an ambitious New Business Manager to help accelerate our growth across the Southwest region.
Responsibilities
- Territory Ownership & New Business Growth Take full ownership of your territory, proactively identifying and developing new SME fleet customers across London and the Southwest.
- Field-Based Customer Engagement Spend your time on the ground meeting customers, understanding their operations, and uncovering opportunities where SIXT Van & Truck can add real value.
- Market Insight & Opportunity Spotting Stay close to local market activity, upcoming projects, and commercial developments to open doors and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
- Consultative Sales Approach Assess each customer’s unique requirements and design tailored mobility solutions using the full SIXT Van & Truck product portfolio.
- Deal Conversion & Relationship Building Generate your own leads, convert them into active trading accounts, and deliver ongoing support that builds loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- CRM & Data Excellence Accurately record all customer activity and pipeline information in Salesforce, maintaining high data quality and visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B Sales Success Demonstrated experience in new business development, ideally within mobility services, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive sector.
- Hunter Mentality Confident generating, managing, and closing your own leads with minimal supervision.
- Structured & Agile Sales Approach Able to plan strategically while adapting quickly in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Self‑Motivated & Energetic Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role, with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
- Strong Communicator & Negotiator Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Tech‑Savvy Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred, but not essential.
