Night Team Leader

Located in the picturesque seaside town of Largs, our brand‑new, purpose‑built home offers luxury living with outstanding residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for 80 residents.

Contract: Full Time and Part‑Time

Salary: £15 per hour

Shift Type: Nightshift

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and respect.
• Maintain high standards of care and service.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of care assistants, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Prepare, review, and tailor care plans to meet each resident’s individual needs.
• Administer medication following all guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or changes.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with team members.

What We’re Looking For

• A compassionate and motivated individual who provides the best care for residents.
• Proven experience supporting older people, ideally those living with dementia.
• Confident leadership experience in a care team.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and medication training.
