The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities include handling enquiries, providing updates, and coordinating with the workshop team to keep everything running efficiently.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 (30‑minute lunch)
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 (paid as overtime at time and a half)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 – £15.00
• Annual salary £33,900 – £35,100 + overtime for Saturdays
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience in a bodyshop, automotive, or similar customer‑facing role is required
