Job Title: Project Co‑Ordinator

Location: Somerton – TA11 6SB

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5pm

We are seeking a Project Co‑Ordinator to join our team at Ramudden Global. The role involves managing project portfolios, coordinating client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of traffic management projects.

About the role

The Project Coordinator fulfils many key functions, including assessment, quotation, planning, booking, and overseeing traffic management projects for a variety of clients. Project Coordinators report to Project Team Leaders and are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and liaising with multiple stakeholders. They are often the first point of contact for clients, customers, and partner depots, and must be organized and confident in day‑to‑day communication.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of projects and clients
  • First point of contact for incoming enquiries from clients
  • Ensure adequate PO and cost coverage for works to go ahead
  • Book projects into the ERP management system
  • Liaise with clients to ensure works proceed successfully
  • Submit permits and licences to local authorities
  • On‑day liaison with operatives, operations team, and third parties to resolve issues
  • Resolve accounts queries and provide information
  • Other duties as required by the Project Team Leader
