About the Role

Fuse is looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives within a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Director in delivering Ticketing & Guest communication solutions for a high-profile client.
  • Support the implementation, testing, rollout, and management of the client’s Guest Management Systems.
  • Order, allocate, and distribute tickets across multiple UEFA Club Competitions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the ticketing team and client Ticket Managers.
  • Ensure ticket ordering via UEFA platforms meets all deadlines.
  • Collaborate with UEFA and the marketing agency throughout the season to manage multiple match days.
  • Maintain accurate project management tools and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external meetings, including rooms, diary invites, agendas, and minutes.
  • Manage budgets: complete timesheets, raise POs, track invoice payments, and update internal budgets.
  • Identify efficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
  • Support wider event project teams in hospitality, production, logistics, and content as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and integrated execution.

Desired Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in relevant roles, preferably with an agency background.
  • Passion for sport and entertainment.
  • Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems.
  • Client management experience and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and focus on solutions.
  • Positive, friendly attitude.
  • Bonus: Experience working with international clients.

Location & Working Conditions

  • Full-time role based in the London office with occasional UK/International travel.
  • On-site work at events and weekend work may be required.
  • Flexibility to work remotely as needed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
