Business Development Representative
Dojo is looking for talented Business Development Representatives to join our dynamic team and help build this completely new department.
What You’ll Do
- Be a master in outbound prospecting and cold outreach using phone, email, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct calls and meetings to discover potential merchants.
- Use effective questioning and listening skills to uncover merchants’ needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, update prospect information, and track outreach efforts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues in marketing, product, and operations to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years experience in a similar role with cold B2B outreach, including calls, emails, and social media, preferably in payments, finance, or tech.
- Proven sales hunter with an experience and track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong prospecting and engagement expertise specifically within the mid‑market segment. Experience with hospitality, retail, healthcare, and leisure & entertainment is a plus.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a fast‑paced sales environment.
