We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to break into recruitment, sales, digital marketing, or agency life — with full training, fast progression, and uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging digital marketing talent across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Creative, and Client Services
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Supporting clients with hiring across agencies and in-house brands
- Writing job adverts, managing interview processes, and coordinating offers
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outreach to build candidate pipelines
- Learning the digital marketing landscape and becoming a specialist in your market
- Working closely with senior consultants and founders to grow your desk
- Attending digital events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect recruitment experience — we’re more interested in attitude, communication skills, and ambition.

- Confident speaking with people and building relationships

- A strong communicator with a positive mindset

- Sales, recruitment, or outbound experience
- Experience using LinkedIn professionally or for networking
