About the Role

This is a 6-month volunteer internship designed to provide practical exposure to startup operations. The successful candidate will assist with a range of administrative and organisational tasks, while also supporting research and sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

·     Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential target audiences.

·     Source and qualify prospective leads to support pipeline development.

·     Translate research findings into actionable insights and materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers.

·     Support to manage CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.

·     Support daily administrative workflows, including scheduling, document management, and contract coordination.

·     Assist with preparation and updating of presentations and internal materials.

·     Maintain organised records, trackers, and filing systems.

·     Provide general administrative and operational support across the team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
