An established and growing Recruitment Agency in Southampton is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its successful White Collar Construction division.We are keen to speak with recruiters with experience within Construction, Main Contracting, Residential or Civil Engineering recruitment.

The RoleYou will manage and grow a white collar construction/ Civil engineering recruitment desk, developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates across the construction and civil engineering sectors.
You will recruit across a range of white collar construction positions including:Project ManagersSite ManagersQuantity SurveyorsEstimatorsCommercial ManagersContracts ManagersDesign ManagersEngineersPlanners
Key responsibilities include:Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycleBusiness development and winning new clientsBuilding and managing client relationshipsManaging multiple live vacanciesCandidate sourcing, interviewing and placement managementNegotiating terms and feesAccount management and repeat business developmentMentoring junior consultants where applicable
About YouMinimum of three (3) years experience working within a Recruitment Agency environment recruiting within Construction or Civil Engineering marketsBackground within Main Contracting, Residential or Civil Engineering preferredStrong business development and relationship-building skillsCommercially driven and ambitiousTarget-focused with a proactive approachLooking for long-term career progression within a growing business
