Job Description:

About Just Move In

Just Move In simplifies the home moving process with market-leading Home Setup, Utility Management, and Void Energy technology. A B Corp since 2018 and part of 1% for the Planet, we’ve got the highest rating in our sector with a 4.9/5 across Trustpilot and Google from over 5,000 reviews.

We work with some of the UK’s leading estate agencies, lettings platforms, and property management businesses, and we’re backed by investors including Eos Ventures and Second Century Ventures.

The home services market is a £1 trillion opportunity and it’s going through a significant platform shift. Comparison sites had their moment. Marketplaces had theirs. The next wave is agentic – AI that doesn’t just show people options, but acts on their behalf. We’re building for that future, and we need someone who can bring the right partners with us.

The role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, well-connected B2B Sales Manager to own and grow our estate agency partnerships. This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with estate agents, lettings businesses, and the platforms that serve them – and you’ll bring an existing network that lets you move fast.

You know the estate agency world well. You understand how agencies operate, what their pain points are, and what a good technology partnership looks like from their side of the table. Critically, you have established relationships within the estate agency CRM ecosystem, particularly with Reapit and Alto, and you understand how integrations and referral flows work in practice.

This role is mostly remote with regular travel to our Bournemouth and London offices, and occasional client visits across the UK.

What you’ll do

– Own the full sales cycle for new estate agency and lettings partnerships, from prospecting through to signed agreement and handover to client success

– Leverage existing relationships within the Reapit and Alto ecosystems to identify and fast-track partnership opportunities

– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in HubSpot, keeping forecasts accurate and up to date

– Work closely with the product team to ensure our proposition is framed in terms that resonate with estate agency buyers

– Represent Just Move In at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

– Feed market intelligence back into the business – what partners need, what rivals are doing, and where the next opportunities are

– Support the development of commercial agreements and ensure all partnerships are delivered in a compliant, well-documented way

What we’re looking for

– Genuine existing relationships across the UK estate agency industry, including with Reapit and Alto

– A proven track record in B2B sales within proptech or estate agency

– A clear understanding of how estate agencies buy technology and how integration partnerships are structured

– Strong commercial instincts – you know how to build a deal that works for both sides

– Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the pace of a growing business

– Organised and disciplined in how you manage your pipeline and follow-ups

– Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to senior decision-makers

– Low ego, high output

What good looks like in this role

Within the first three months, you’ll have closed your first new partnership. You’ll have mapped your existing network against our target partner list, opened conversations with at least five other qualified opportunities, and be building a pipeline that compounds. Within six months, you’ll have a repeatable motion and a clear view of where the next wave of partners is coming from.

What we offer

– Competitive base salary and commission structure

– 24 days holiday plus your birthday and public holidays

– Up to two charity days per year doing something with impact, on us

– The chance to work on a category-defining product at a genuinely interesting moment in the market
