This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef at a prominent cultural and heritage venue in Central London.

• Average of 48 hours per week – including weekends.
• 10% wage bonus if targets are hit.
• Must only work on average 2 nights a month.
