While waiting for your own store you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our Bench General Managers are our brand ambassadors, they ensure we deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction.
