As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of all refrigeration and cooling equipment across our estate. This includes cellar cooling systems, ice machines, fridges, freezers, and walk-in cold rooms. You will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current British Standards, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for our venues.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of refrigeration systems including: Cellar cooling units Ice machines Display fridges and undercounter units Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple sites. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Work collaboratively with the wider property and engineering team. Respond to emergency breakdowns and out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent). F-Gas Category 1 certification (in-date). Proven experience with commercial refrigeration equipment. Valid UK driving licence.
