We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Loan Funds or CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) portfolios of Corporate Trust Clients and serve as the key day-to-day contact, ensuring delivery of contract obligations and servicing the overall client relationship.
  • Oversee transaction management including cash and trade (loans, bonds, etc.) management, engage with clients to ensure timely execution, review and prepare reports on portfolio performance, and monitor service levels.
  • Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and help develop process improvements.
  • Calculate interest rates for each accrual period, distribute rate set notices, bill and collect principal, interest, and fee payments from clients, and distribute all funds collected to syndicate lenders.
  • Collect financial statements and compliance requirements from clients as required by the Credit Facility, forwarding such information to each syndicate lender accordingly.
  • Process lender assignments, maintain the official lender register, identify and resolve issues, and serve as a high-level escalation point for complex situations to ensure successful resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Sound technical knowledge of structured finance products including CDO/CLO (Collateralised Debt/Loan Obligations), Direct Lending funds, and Credit Funds is an advantage.
  • Client service and operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred.
  • SOLVAS background preferred.
  • Finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, and reconciliation background experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required essential.
  • AI proficient
