Join our HR case managementteamand play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving employee relations issues!

Our HR case management teamsare dedicated to providingprofessional HR advice andexpertiseto managers and schools, using a proactive approach to interpret employment law and internal policies.

As a Senior HR Case Adviser, your goalwill be toexpeditedecision-making and resolve cases efficiently,benefitingboth the council and schools.You willprovideexpert advice on complex employee relations, support council changes, liaise with legal teams, mentor staff, communicate policy changes, and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective HR management and compliance with employment laws.

This is anexcellentopportunity for someone with a CIPD Level 5 intermediate certificate in Human Resources, extensive workforce experience, and in-depth knowledge of employment law and local government practices.
