Were looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. Youll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.

What Youll Be Doing

• Driving product development across multi-season apparel collections
• Collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams
• Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication
• Owning critical path deadlines from proto to production
• Reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, PP samples, and garment approvals
• Supporting costings, FOB negotiations, and supplier allocation
• Ensuring products meet premium quality and performance standards

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years experience in apparel product development
• Background in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Experience working with Far East suppliers
