You will drive onboarding, adoption, and retention, turning signed deals into thriving partnerships. What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new partners, from initial requirement scoping and configuration to user training and deep adoption.
• Build strategic, long-term relationships with firm principals and compliance teams to ensure Saturn is deeply embedded in their daily operations.
• Act as the primary bridge between partners and the product team, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the engineering roadmap.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrates operational excellence and a data-literate approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead strategic conversations in a highly regulated industry like fintech.
