We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Transfer Agency Service Delivery Manager Client Operations Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations Team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day client interactions and escalations across all aspects of Transfer Agency service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client service delivery, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Operational or client service delivery experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
