Our Role

As a Store Manager, you are accountable for the overall success of your store — balancing strong commercial performance with people‑led leadership.

  • Lead the delivery of an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience
  • Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, KPIs, stock and operational delivery
  • Lead, coach and develop your team, building a high‑performing and inclusive culture
  • Use data, insight and feedback to review performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistently high standards across visual merchandising, store environment and ways of working

About You

We’re looking to connect with individuals who:

  • Have proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store
  • Are confident leaders who coach, develop and build capability in others
  • Are commercially astute, with a strong understanding of KPIs, P&L and trading dynamics
  • Build strong relationships with customers, teams and local stakeholders
  • Are calm, organised and confident in decision‑making, even in high‑pressure or peak trading environments.
  • Are adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
  • Have a genuine passion for The White Company brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience
