We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established roofing and cladding contractor delivering projects across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing roofing and cladding packages from site set‑up through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

• Managing roofing and cladding projects across multiple sites
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works
• Monitoring programme deadlines and project progress
• Conducting quality inspections and snagging
• Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and daily reports
• Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and suppliers
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience managing roofing & cladding projects
• Strong knowledge of external envelope systems
• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage projects in a fast‑paced environment
