Site Manager – Drylining

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee drylining projects across Manchester and the North West. The role involves managing labour, keeping the programme on track, dealing with subcontractors, and ensuring high standards from start to finish. The company has built a strong reputation within commercial and high‑rise residential sectors and has a healthy pipeline of work for the next several years.

Role

• Managing day‑to‑day drylining works on site
• Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
• Driving programme and keeping works moving efficiently
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards
• Managing H&S on site
• Liaising with Project Managers and main contractor teams
• Attending site meetings and reporting on progress

Qualifications

• Experience managing drylining projects on site
• Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and SFS
• Proficiency on busy commercial or residential schemes
• Ability to manage site pressure and hit programme deadlines
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred
• Organised, hands‑on and proactive attitude
