Job Description:

The Governors of All Hallows RC High School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self‑motivated, reliable and dedicated Site Manager who will provide a comprehensive site management service. The building was newly built in 2014 and is in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive site management covering security, maintenance, repairs, liaising with contractors, cleaning, and monitoring the fabric of the building.
  • Ensure the school is welcoming, attractive and a safe environment for the whole school community.
  • Prioritise tasks and lead and motivate a team.
  • Take responsibility for the development and improvements of the school buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

Essential qualities include being enthusiastic, self‑motivated, reliable, dedicated, and demonstrating pride in the building and passion for the role. The candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
