Your Impact

As an Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping infrastructure investment and policy decisions that drive societal progress, lead high‑profile advisory projects across transport, energy, utilities, and housing, help clients make evidence‑based decisions that improve lives, influence national strategies, deliver measurable outcomes, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑profile advisory projects across transport, energy, utilities, and housing
  • Shape infrastructure investment and policy decisions that drive societal progress
  • Influence national strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Engage with public and private sector clients to provide evidence‑based advice
  • Collaborate with global experts across disciplines
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

  • Degree or master’s in economics, econometrics, statistics, finance, public policy, or a related field
  • Proven success in economic advisory, consulting, or public sector analysis
  • Advanced skills in R, Python, Stata, or similar tools, and experience working with large datasets (for econometrics specialists)
  • Proven ability to apply econometric techniques to real‑world infrastructure or policy challenges (for econometrics specialists)
  • Strong familiarity with appraisal frameworks and business case development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to shape compelling narratives and influence stakeholders
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior consultants
  • Passion for delivering quality, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact
