The role of the Senior Finance Assistant

• Full ownership of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Active cashflow monitoring and reporting
• Processing and managing supplier payments
• Performing detailed revenue reconciliations
• Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Assisting in improving finance processes and controls

The ideal Senior Finance Assistant

• 2+ years experience in a finance or accounts role
• Proven experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel including formulas, lookups and data handling
• Experience supporting month-end processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
• Experience using Accounts IQ desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment desirable
