Finance Business Partner

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Finance Business Partner for a Fixed Term Contract. An investment management business, operates a hybrid working environment, with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

• Partner with senior leaders to drive commercial decision‑making, financial insight, and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, challenge, and strategic alignment.
• Analyse financial performance across revenue, cost, and margin drivers, presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with operational, investment, and client‑facing teams to influence outcomes and improve financial discipline.
• Develop and maintain robust MI, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business performance and growth.
• Support business cases, scenario modelling, and investment appraisals for new initiatives, products, or client opportunities.
• Ensure financial controls, governance, and risk management standards meet financial services regulatory expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and financial systems to enhance efficiency and insight.
