Senior Account Partner – Enterprise Banking
This is a high-impact role within the growing Enterprise Banking team, focused on Tier 1 enterprise banking accounts. You will own and grow strategic relationships across a defined portfolio of major UK banks, driving digital transformation initiatives and long-term customer value through Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand executive relationships across Tier 1 banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor at C-level
- Drive strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments
- Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology
- Collaborate closely with license sales, Professional Services, and wider internal teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain consistent overachievement of sales targets and pipeline growth
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or consulting
- Strong background in consulting and/or professional services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, CRM, data, and AI
- Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Banking
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a customer‑centric, value‑led mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation and lead cross‑functional teams
- Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications are advantageous
