A well-established architectural practice is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of projects within its Healthcare, Education & Science (HES) sector team. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex schemes including healthcare facilities, educational buildings, science environments, and laboratory projects. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the production, coordination, and management of technical information across a variety of project stages, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
- Support the delivery of projects across a range of RIBA stages
- Develop technical solutions in line with client and project requirements
- Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Contribute to BIM workflows and project coordination processes
- Attend design team meetings, site visits, and client presentations where required
- Monitor project deadlines and assist with programme management
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architectural Technologist or relevant technical qualification
- Strong experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Excellent technical and detailing knowledge across a variety of project stages
- Previous experience within healthcare, education, science, or laboratory sectors would be beneficial
- Laboratory project experience highly desirable
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Revit knowledge preferred, although not essential
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively across multiple projects
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
- Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
