Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an Administration Manager to join a highly respected professional services organisation in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager to lead a busy legal support function, driving service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of support teams, ensuring high standards of client service while mentoring and developing staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing legal support teams
  • Managing workflows and resource allocation
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Monitoring KPIs and ensuring exceptional client service delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous management experience within legal or professional services (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience driving process improvements and leading change
