About The Role

In this rewarding role you will support young people and their families by building trusted relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and personal growth. Using a strengths‑based, child‑centred approach you’ll help young people recognise their abilities, set goals and make positive choices, working closely with families and partner agencies to create lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with young people and their families to promote confidence and resilience.
• Use a strengths‑based, child‑centred approach to recognise abilities and support goal setting.
• Work closely with families and partner agencies to facilitate positive choices and lasting change.
• Support young people in recognising strengths, overcoming challenges, and shaping positive futures.

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting young people and families, with a genuine belief in their potential to thrive.
• Compassionate, motivated and committed to making a positive difference.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Reflective, strengths‑based approach with confidence working both independently and within a team.
• Good understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, or a right to work under UK immigration regulations.
