Job Description

The Principal within Technical Integration Services – Workday is responsible for managing multiple integrations of the portfolio of Korn Ferry Digital products with client third‑party platforms. The KF Digital product integrations comprise packaged solutions geared toward Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other large ATS/HRIS systems. The Principal will be the client‑facing implementation team member who assists clients throughout the implementation process. The Principal reports directly to the VP of Technical Integration Services and is a member of the Global Support Team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of Korn Ferry Digital platforms with client third‑party platforms (e.g., HRIS platforms, SAML 2.0‑based IDP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and ensure customer satisfaction with the integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain best‑practice documentation of Korn Ferry Digital integrations and apps with third‑party platforms for implementation and deployment.
  • Support the implementation of Korn Ferry Built‑On Workday Apps with client Workday environments to ensure successful implementation and alignment to Workday processes.
  • Work with Korn Ferry client teams, clients, and system integration partners, where applicable, to review and assess client functional and technical integration requirements related to integrating Korn Ferry Digital products.
  • Develop an implementation plan to address integration requirements and support the implementation work.
  • Assess client IT environments against Korn Ferry products technical and security requirements, providing recommendations for configuration updates needed for successful rollout.
  • Stay current on advances the Korn Ferry product teams are creating for clients in relation to packaged integrations.
  • Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects to:
    • Enable and support the SSA team with technology integration and architecture questions impacting our solutions/product strategies for clients.
    • Promote a positive working environment.
  • Perform other duties as prescribed by the VP of Technical Integration Services.

Education, Experience, & Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • High‑level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains including recruitment and talent management.
  • Certification with Workday HCM modules, including configuration and implementation. Built‑On Workday app and Workday Query Language (WQL) expertise are highly desired.
  • Extensive experience implementing and deploying API‑based integrations for HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (e.g., Workday Orchestrate, Built‑On Workday, SAP BTP).
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and assist wherever needed.
  • Team player who collaborates across the organization to continuously improve customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
