Senior Client Project Manager

Our client is actively seeking a Senior Client Project Manager for a contract role. This position involves managing the delivery of Engineering Services design commissions and liaising with the internal engineering services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme, track, manage, liaise, and report the progress of commissions delivered by Hampshire Engineering Services
• Lead the collation, analysis, and presentation of financial, performance, and other data
• Generate recommendations for action/decision by senior management
• Provide programming and commission management support using MSP and P6
• Conduct risk assessments and data analysis
• Present information in a dashboard format for Board level reporting
• Track timelines, predicted costs, and ensure alignment with project programmes and financial models
• Manage scope changes through change control to minimise commercial exposure and project risk

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the Highways sector
• Strong knowledge of MSP and P6 for programming and commission management support
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and data analysis
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise dashboard format
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Driving Licence (Category B) required
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis (Winchester and home)
