ICT Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a troubleshooting specialist, providing effective and timely solutions across all infrastructure, including ICT systems, document core systems, software and hardware.
• Maintain and develop all network technologies across the Foundation, such as physical and virtual systems.
• Serve as an ICT expert for SAN, blade centre and virtualisation technology.
• Provide expertise in firewall, core switch and edge switch configuration.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and exceptional organisational skills, while working independently and maintaining a flexible approach to work.
