Responsibilities

• Drive new large customer acquisition through value‑based interactions and engineering credibility.
• Identify and secure metal‑working‑focused customers to support business goals.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to recommend right tools and process improvements that reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Advocate MSC’s brand and deliver promised cost savings to customers.
• Provide onsite technical support and advise on right tools for customer needs.
• Collaborate with the business development team to enhance capability and credibility.
