Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to deliver a high quality range of flat roofing services, including cold applied liquid, built up felt, hot melt, green roofs, solar, and single ply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project from tender through to completion.
• Write health and safety documents for each site.
• Monitor site activity, organise workers, collate risk assessments and conduct health and safety checks.
• Liaise with quantity surveyors and commercial managers, ensuring works progress smoothly, deadlines are met, and project cost plans are maintained.
• Communicate with clients and provide project reports.
• Attend pre‑contract and progress meetings with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
• Oversee a single contract at any given time.
• Work predominantly on commercial projects such as local authorities, NHS, and schools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in site or project management within the flat roofing market.
• Experience in both new build (single ply & hot melt) and refurbishment flat roofing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card & SMSTS certificate.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Confident, articulate and team‑oriented.
• Ability to plan and organise deliverables.
• High self‑confidence.
