Financial Controller

Camino Partners are excited to be partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed recruitment business who are looking to appoint a commercially focused Financial Controller into a newly evolved number two role within the finance function.

Following significant growth and leadership change, the business is continuing to scale internationally and invest heavily in data, reporting, and commercial performance. This role will work closely with an impressive Finance Director and play a key part in running the day-to-day finance function while helping drive more strategic decision making across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
• Develop KPI reporting, margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting
• Manage the audit process and oversee core financial control activities
• Lead the credit control function and support wider finance operations
• Business partner with senior leadership and drive improvements across systems and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong FP&A and commercial finance capability with excellent analytical skills
• Could suit an FP&A Analyst ready to step up or a Management Accountant moving into a more commercial role.
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and partner with sales teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Naturally curious with a genuine interest in understanding the “why” behind the numbers
