About The Role

Our Analysts are the driving force behind the transcripts on our platform. We’re redefining how investment research is done by fostering a high‑performance culture. The role is focused on sourcing and prospecting industry experts to support our customers. A native French speaker (C1/C2) is required.

Who You Are

  • A track record of tremendous success in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing or similar roles.
  • Experience with and comfort with strategically sourcing and cold outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage with C‑level executives.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Persistence, drive and goal‑focused mindset to own projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Coachable, with willingness to learn and improve.
  • Thirst for learning in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Competitive and self‑competitive, aiming to exceed personal best each month.
  • Works well within a team to motivate and take pride in its successes.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and prospect industry experts for customers on critical, time‑sensitive projects.
  • Investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
  • Contact top decision‑makers and C‑level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Connect investors with these decision‑makers to help them make the best‑informed decisions.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously in a performance‑driven environment.
  • Control your earnings potential by exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
  • Advance and master the role to move into customer‑facing account management, interacting daily with global institutional investors and hedge fund managers, leading project management and primary research efforts.
